Root Beer and ChOcolate

Why root beer and chocolate bars?  WHY not!!

I love trying new things.  with the craft soda market growing and with it a wide variety of new root beers to try...and with chocolate bars being available in so many different FLAVOR combos and in countries around the world, i thought "lets pick these two and try as many different ones as i can".

I started writing down the different ones I tried of each but as the list grew it was hard to remember which ones I have and haven't tried.  So instead of taking a piece of paper with me everywhere I went, I made a website to store all the info to reference...and here we are!!

This site is simply a list of the different Root Beers and Chocolate Bars I have had the pleasure of trying.  It is not a review site because we all have different tastes out there.  It is just a nice, simple list.  Of course if you have any that you think I should try or any suggestions/ideas/Netflix recommendations... please CONTACT ME HERE and I will see if I can find it.  I am also open to working with any brewers or chocolatiers out there...let's do something fun together!!  Thanks for checking it out!! 

  • ROOT BEERS

    Sassafras root beverages were being produced before the arrival of  Europeans in North America!!  Confectionery stores have been selling Root Beer since the 1840s, and written recipes for root beer have been documented since the 1860s.

  • Chocolate Bars

    The first mass produced chocolate bar was said to have been introduced by John Cadbury in 1849, but discoveries have indicated that chocolate has been enjoyed much, much earlier.
